How to Make an Appointment

1. Please click the button below to make an appointment. On that page, select the time and fill out your information. you will receive an email or text confirmation (Please check the video on the right of this section)

2. If you need to order safe sex items (condoms, lubricants, other items) please use or Patient Portal or fill the request in the section Request Safe Sex Items and Home Test Kits down below.

3. If you need to order Narcan please use our Patient Portal or follow the instructions in the section Comprehensive Harm Reduction Program.
